1. My XOVĒ Rewards loyalty program must be registered to a unique mobile number. It will be used as identity verification for rewards redemption.
2. My XOVĒ Rewards loyalty programme is valid for XOVĒ Hong Kong official website, XOVĒ Hong Kong boutiques and selected treatment centres.
3. Membership is valid for 12-month from membership start date or change date. The record of the XOVĒ Hong Kong’s computer system is final and conclusive.
4. Once members achieve the spending requirement at their current membership level before expiry day, they can stay at their current level and another 12 months of membership will be entitled.
5. If members cannot achieve the spending requirement to attain or upgrade from their current level before tier expiry date, membership level and the corresponding member entitlements will be downgraded. After downgrade, another 12 months of membership level period will be entitled with an updated start date.
6. Members are entitled to accrue points for every spending at XOVĒ Hong Kong official website, XOVĒ Hong Kong boutiques and counters base on their membership level, HK$1 = 1 / HK$1 = 1.5 / HK$1 = 2.
7. Only the actual transaction amount will be entitled to bonus points (i.e. net of promotion offers or discounts).
8. Points will be credited to your account immediately for boutiques and counters purchase. The points will be credited to your account in 2 working days after the date of parcel sent for purchase from website.
9. The points are valid till 31st Mar of each year for all members and will expire and be forfeited after the mentioned date.
10. The points accrued from any purchased products hat are returned or refunded by member will be foregone and cancelled.
11. Members are entitled to double points for the first purchase during their birthday month.
12. Birthday surprise gift is only available for the members who have purchase record in past 12 months.
13. Members are entitled a birthday surprise gift immediately after purchase and registration as member during their birthday month.
14. Members shall make redemptions in person using the points accrued in their membership account during redemption periods.
15. Rewards and points can only be used and redeemed by the member. Cannot be transferred to others and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
16. Members are required to present identity proof and verify their identities when redeeming gifts.
17. Gifts are redeemed on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
18. Every member can maximum redeem 3 set of each gift tier.
19. XOVĒ Hong Kong reserves the right to change the selection of gifts without notice.
20. All redemption gifts are non-exchangeable for cash and cannot be returned.
21. XOVĒ Hong Kong reserves the right to modify the above terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of XOVĒ Hong Kong shall be final and conclusive.
